‘Walk With Me’
A handmade original multi block linocut print by printmaker and artist Lisa Benson.
Walk with me by the old beech trees that once possibly marked a boundary line or old road. Walk under the shelter of their canopy and admire the shapes the trunks and roots have formed as they secured themselves to the hillside. Walk in the twilight as colours fade into night and walk in the dawn as the colours return with a new day.

Walk With Me is a multi block linocut print so individual lino blocks are printed one on top of the other to create the layers of the final print. Four blocks make up this print, the final block being the black line work. I hand carved each of the lino blocks working from my own sketches. Some of the sketches were in response to photographs that I have taken and some are purely from my own imagination. This particular line of trees, or a line very similar, can be found on North Hill in Minehead, Somerset, should you wish to hunt them out.
The inks used for this print are Caligo Safewash Inks
The paper is Fabriano Rosaspina 285gsm printmaking paper.
Delivery
The print is wrapped in acid free tissue paper before going into a sturdy postal tube to be posted out to you. Delivery is free in the UK via my website. Delivery charges apply to the rest of the world. Apologies but delivery is currently unavailable to BT postcodes and the EU.
Handmade Prints
These prints are all handmade and as such there can be slight variations in the prints in an edition, though these are very slight. It means that each print in an edition is unique and is an original in it’s own right.
Varied Editions (VE)
Prints that are marked VE by the edition number are part of a varied edition. This means there are enough difference between the prints that they are sold by their individual number.
Please bear in mind that although I take every care to photograph the prints as faithfully as possible there can also be variations in colour between what you view on a screen and the original print.

At the current time only UK postage inside the UK is available due to changes in the overseas postal services.

Sending Your Prints
Unmounted Prints
Smaller prints are sent in a flat, card backed envelope, a cardboard reinforced package or in a postal tube.
All larger unmounted prints are sent in a ridged cardboard tube to arrived safely with you. Prints sent in a tube will need to be carefully unrolled and flattened out.
Mounted Prints
Smaller mounted prints will be sent in a card backed envelope with additional padding to prevent damage. Larger mounted prints are packed between sheets of thick card and then wrapped in paper to protect them.
Framed Print
Wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. Courier delivery.
